These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between Serubet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses the services available at serubet.cam. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Serubet operates as an online sports betting, live casino, and gaming platform primarily serving users in Malaysia. The Platform's services include, but are not limited to, sports wagering, live casino table games, slot games, esports betting, and related promotional activities. All services are offered for entertainment purposes only and are restricted to eligible adults aged 21 years and above.

This Agreement should be read together with Serubet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use Serubet's services.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on serubet.cam, through which the User accesses Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a User's Account at any given time, exclusive of bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet allocations, cashback awards, or other incentive balances credited to an Account by Serubet that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Serubet before a User may make withdrawals or access certain Platform features.
• "Platform" means the website serubet.cam, its mobile-optimised version, and any associated applications or services provided by Serubet.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and support services made available through the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit to or withdrawal from a User's Account balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "Rollover Requirement") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory where accessing or using the Services is prohibited under applicable local law.

To register and maintain a Serubet Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Serubet strictly enforces an age minimum of 21 years for all gambling activities offered on the Platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and organisations may not hold an Account.
3. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to ascertain the legal status of online gambling in your place of residence before registering.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of Serubet or any affiliate of Serubet, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
6. You must not have previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of this Agreement or any fraud-related investigation.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant to Serubet that all eligibility criteria listed above are met. Any false representation constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles Serubet to immediately void any outstanding bets, withhold pending withdrawals, and permanently close the relevant Account.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update your Account information promptly if any of the details provided change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. Serubet shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify Serubet's support team immediately via live chat or email. Serubet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer on your Account.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following terms of use. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where warranted:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of any illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform's software to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, spider, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or syndicated wagering designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, or threatening communication directed at Serubet staff or other users.
• Creating or using an Account on behalf of a third party without express authorisation.

Serubet reserves the right to monitor Account activity, review betting patterns, and conduct investigations into suspected violations. Where a violation is confirmed, Serubet may take such action as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of the Account, the voiding of wagers, and the recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited means.

Serubet supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Serubet does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unidentified or third-party sources will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Serubet targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ section, though these are indicative targets only and not guaranteed service levels. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network confirmation times beyond Serubet's control.

Serubet reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting a withdrawal request, including proof of payment method ownership, before releasing funds. All currency amounts on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game category. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. General betting rules applicable across all markets are as follows:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• Serubet reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. Where a void occurs, the stake will be returned to the User's Account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Bets whose potential payout exceeds the applicable limit may be reduced or declined.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to data availability and may be suspended without notice during stoppages in play.
• Serubet's decision on all betting disputes, settlement questions, and rule interpretations shall be final and binding.

For live casino games, the rules of each individual game variant govern the conduct of play. Serubet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Serubet offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload offers, cashback, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is typically capped at MYR 250–500. Bets exceeding this cap may result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games typically contribute 10–20%. Virtual sports and esports contributions vary. Full contribution rates are available in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses and associated wagering progress will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one promotional bonus may be active on an Account at any time. Users must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus Abuse: Serubet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel pending bonuses, and close associated Accounts where it reasonably suspects that a User is exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming intent.

Serubet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above who can afford to participate within their means. Serubet provides the following tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, limits take immediate effect and may only be decreased immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Serubet can be configured to display on-screen notifications at set intervals reminding Users how long they have been playing and their net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the User's Account will be closed and no new Account may be created. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and game content, is the property of Serubet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Serubet name, logo, and all associated branding are the exclusive property of Serubet.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works based on any Platform content without Serubet's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or branding is a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute an infringement of Serubet's intellectual property rights, entitling Serubet to seek injunctive relief and damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Serubet, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Serubet expressly disclaims liability for:

• Losses arising from gambling activities, whether related to sports betting outcomes, casino game results, or jackpot events.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures, including those occurring during live betting events or active gaming sessions.
• Losses arising from a User's reliance on information or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Unauthorised Account access resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside Serubet's reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit Serubet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by Serubet's own negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Serubet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Suspicion of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon Account closure for a User-initiated reason or for reasons other than fraud, Serubet will return any verified real-money balance to the User via the User's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and any wagering progress will be forfeited upon Account closure.

A User may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Serubet's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a User and Serubet relating to the Platform or its Services, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through Serubet's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.

To submit a complaint, Users should contact Serubet's support team with full particulars of the dispute. Serubet will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 2 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through Serubet's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as may be required by applicable law or regulatory framework. Serubet's decision on all gaming and betting disputes shall, in all cases, be final and binding.

Serubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform policy, or operational necessity. The current version of these Terms will always be published on this page, together with the date of the most recent update.

Where a material amendment to these Terms is made, Serubet will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Serubet recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current version.
